How to cancel a subscription or contact the seller about a distance-sale purchase.
In-app: open Me → Billing (or the Stripe Customer Portal link) and cancel renewal. Access continues through the paid period already purchased unless stated otherwise at checkout.
By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Cancel subscription" and include the account email and (if known) the last four digits of the payment method.
Do not share full card numbers by email.
